Whatever you call your backside, Alpha is going over how to build a luscious booty. Aaron Marino of alpha m. gets a ton of emails from viewers about reduction of big booties. The solution for them is reduction of fat and and building muscle. Alpha discusses his big booty situation back in the day.

So, do you suffer from 'Noassatall"? Do you have backside sagginess and flatness? If you want some more booty, you can do these at home: lunges and squats! You can build a bigger backside to fill out your pants more. You can do them while watching TV. You can all do it-- even if you have knee and hip problems (modifications).

There is no better booty bang for your buck is the lunge. It will give you fast results but it takes consistency. Add to your weekly workouts. You can't just do the 'mirror muscles'. It's all about symmetry and balance. A well rounded physique and booty are highly sought after. You too can have a better booty!

Before I get started I would just like to acknowledge that I work so hard on these videos, I work in just as hard creating the perfect thumbnail for all these videos because that's what it's gonna grab your attention.

So when I started thinking about this video, my god I got to think of a thumbnail and so I'm like okay, I'm talking about developing a luscious bootie.

Well, logically you think I'd just take a picture of a butt right? Well that was easier said than done I took like a hundred and twenty seven pictures to get the perfect butt shot.

Now we can start butts backside, bottom, rump, tush ass, whatever you call it today, we're going over ways to build a luscious booty, luscious just sounds like a dirty word.

Does it luscious? Well today, we're gonna talk about it.

So you would be amazed at the amount of emails that I get from guys that are like.

Yo alpha I got a big booty and I need to get it a little bit smaller because it's a little bit distracting like seriously.

It is boombastic for them it's all about reduction of body, fat and I also recommend that.

Hey, if you're currently doing deep squats, deep leg, press, lunges, deadlifts and you're using heavy weight, you probably should chill out got a predisposition for having a big booty.

And you start working it and exercising that muscle.

Guess what it's going to get bigger you combine that with excess body fat and you my friend are like me about five years ago.

True story, I, weigh about 150 pounds.

Well, when I met my wife, and we actually moved in together about I, don't know, I said, it was a while ago I moved in there I got comfortable.

And she loves to cook.

I also, coincidentally, loved to eat I got up to 185 pounds, that's 35 pounds heavier than right.

Now.

It got so bad.

My ass got so big that every time I would walk by a mirror or something reflective and I'd look I would see that my shirt was riding high on top of my pants.

It was so bad that my friends used to joke that when I was walking away, it looked like two pot-bellied pigs.

Underneath my pants wrestling for a truffle, but gentlemen, this isn't about my butt.

This is about your lack thereof.

Do you suffer from no acetal mm-hmm, it's, a dreaded condition.

A lot of men do one sign is that when you wear pants, the seat of your pants is super saggy.

Another sign is that from the side it looks like your back goes right down like straight to your shoes.

You got nothing, no, not even just a like just something that.

Okay, here's a scenario right when you look at a woman, what do you notice? If besides like the obvious stuff, right? You appreciate a woman who's got a nice booty, I would say you probably do think they're any different.

No women.

Notice they're, like, oh, girl, I, don't know, I've actually never heard anybody say that, but I like to think in my mind that when a dude walks by who squats and lunges that they're thinking, whew, girl, Wow, look at that.

He must squat and lunge because it's those two specific exercise now, but you CrossFitters and guys that are in the functional strength, I know, deadlifts are also an amazing way to build your core build your butt and all that good stuff.

But for the average guy, maybe who's not working out or is not really into the fitness game.

And just wants to give himself a little more junk in the proverbial trunk, the to exercise that you can do at home stand in there while you're watching TV our lunges and squats, squats and lunges or two exercises that you can do in order to build a bigger backside to fill out those pants a little bit better.

Right? You can do them standing there watching TV.

You look, well, actually, squatting.

Okay.

If you got you guys all can do it all right? If you have any knee problems or hip problems, they're absolutely ways to modify the movement in order to keep your joints, healthy and safe I have done some videos.

And when I actually went looking for these videos, I started watching some of my older videos.

And it was really amazing.

How much better I have gotten these videos were rough, and they were only shot like a year and a half two years ago, they're both listed down below along with some great lower body legs, supersets in order to get everything stimulated and growing people like to school all right, squats are very common in the gyms.

But there is in my opinion, there is no better booty bang for your buck than the lunge it's, an amazing exercise that when done and executed properly will get I'm talking fast results.

But it takes consistency.

You need to start incorporating these exercises into your weekly workouts.

Everybody likes doing chest.

Everybody likes doing biceps, because you get a pump.

We call these mirror muscles.

All the mirrors, all the mirrors exactly muscles that guys can see when they look in the mirror.

This is what they want to work, but the mere cuts off like waist high.

You don't have to look at those legs right? Well, you have to work them it's all about symmetry and balance and putting a little bit of something-something back there because a well-rounded physique and booty is something highly sought.

After so gentlemen, there is no excuse.

If you've got legs, if you can squat, if you can like, then you can have a better booty all right there.

You see that, oh, you don't want to see it, but your girl does or guy whatever you're into because we don't discriminate here at alpha M.
