Introduction

I will make reserve greens.
This week, too! Tomatoes that were 10 yuan for 3 pieces, though a little damaged Cut them out and they're totally fine!.
☺️ Okra Pesticide is removed with scallop powder, It's the season of emperor beans - you can't, find them in Japan.
I, wash, broccoli, too~, I hate bugs.
But if they're there, I'll, just think it's a tasty, veggie!, LOL!, It's, a hassle, but it's really easy to go to the market once a week and buy them in bulk and process them all at once.
I go to the supermarket for things.
I don't have enough of along the way.
Muddy burdock is also splendid.
Scrub them.
Well, with a scrubber.
Burdock contains a good balance of soluble and insoluble fibers.
If.
You have extra.
You can freeze it and use it anytime for simmered dishes or soups., Today, I'm going to make a lot of microwaves, and I'm going to make a lot of easy, ready-to-eat dishes in 3 steps! First, I'm going to make boiled eggs in the microwave.
Then.
You fill the bottom bowl with water, put the bowl on the Place, four eggs, Put, the lid on Microwave, 600w, 8, minutes!, Then, leave it for 8 minutes and it's done~! Now, let's cut the vegetables.
First of all.
One onion We are living on vegetable soup every day.
So we start by making 4 days worth of soup.
Since I started drinking soup.
My health has improved even more.
My bowel.
Movements are wonderfully good!.
I, always add onions.
It makes it taste good and is good food for intestinal bacteria.
I will share the book I.
Am referring to in the overview.
Section.
I will be sure to include a carrot one.
Cut them in the right size and you're good to go!.
When I make reserve dishes, I don't.
Look at the recipe at all.
I judge by my own tongue., The more I continue, the more experience I gain and the better I get., Include, zucchini., We have zucchini and bell peppers, so, I think I'll make it western style.
Today.
My family, rarely eats out.
And we live a self-catering lifestyle.
It's been two years since I successfully lost weight, but I've been able to keep my weight at 49 kilograms.
That does not mean that I am forcing myself or holding back.
By changing my lifestyle.
So that I am not stressed.
I.
Am able to prevent binge eating., And, I, don't, eat sugar or flour as much as possible.
I.
Try not to become addicted.
Eggs are boiled - really easy with the microwave.
After cracking.
The egg, put it in ice water and cool it all at once to make the shell easier to peel off.
Oh.
Yes, - new Luxe goods., X, L size, steaming, pot., It's, a good size and looks easy to use.
I'm going to use this today to make reserve greens.
First of all, we're going to put in some imperial beans.
Then.
You put in the water, Cover and microwave for 5-6 minutes! In.
The meantime, cut up bell, peppers., Soup, ingredients, Chop up a handful of komatsuna, too (Peep, peep peep, like peas, cooked) Ingredients for soup Remove from microwave and leave like this until cooled.
Maitake mushrooms are loosened by hand.
Mushrooms are definitely added to this dish, because they release broth and help regulate the stomach and intestines.
Garlic is also added to soup.
Niacin in garlic promotes skin, metabolism and makes skin smooth.
I wonder if that is the reason why all Korean women have glowing skin? If, you can afford it.
It tastes better if you remove the core., but if it's too much trouble, I, don't bother, either.
Here are 7 ingredients for today's soup Heat up a small V pot.
Meanwhile, I put the sprouted hijiki I bought in Japan in a heatproof glass.
Put them back in a pot of boiling water, Remove oil from fried.
Tofu with remaining hot water.
When fry O K! is done.
Add cold-pressed olive oil First, add onions, carrots, zucchini, bell, peppers and garlic.
Stir-Fry.
When.
Oil is turned Komatsuna and maitake.
Mushrooms.
And, add two, generous bottles of additive-free tomato juice, I buy a lot of this lately because it's cheap and tasty.
I think some places in Zen-Union have it.
And some places don't.
Carrefour also has it.
And.
Then you adjust it with water and Nuchimasu! Plenty to put in I want people to use mineral-rich salt like natural sun-dried, salt, Nuchimasu, or snow salt in cooking, not refined salt.
It makes a delicious soup that doesn't need soup.
Stock.
Next is pork chunks.
Wash and dry thoroughly This part is shoulder.
Roast.
The surface is pierced with a fork This will help the flavor soak in, and the fibers will break down, making it softer and easier to eat.
Stiff chashu pork tied with string is good.
But I think this way is easier to eat for the elderly.
Brush.
The rose salt on the surface of the meat in all directions.
Tap with tongs to imprint firmly inside., My family, loves avocado.
Oil *Please, see the overview section for where UR L is sold.
Avocado.
Oil is a healthy omega-9 oil that is non-habit forming and has a high boiling point.
So it can be used in frying and deep frying.
It goes well with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
There - pork chunks.
I N!, Lightly brown the surface, Be careful, not to overcook it, too much.
You can use it as an ingredient for fried.
Rice, too., Japanese sake, Hon, Mirin, Additive-free, soy, sauce Rolling meat with colocollo~, Ginger, I, N!, Set at 75 degrees, 120 minutes - slow cooking at low temperature makes the meat as tender as that of a fine restaurant.
Turn over several times during cooking.
When.
The water in the imperial beans is cool enough to touch.
Drain with the lid, on.
Convenient, convenient~., Peeled and put into enameled container.
It is easy to peel smoothly.
This.
Silicon steamer.
It is smooth and easy to clean with a light sponge.
So it is easy to drain and does not get sticky.
And, again, nuchimasu! Salt with its mineral balance is crazy.
Good for you.
And.
White wine vinegar, Acidity increases appetite Kayanoya's western style.
Powdered soup stock Lightly, sprinkled, A, drizzle of our favorite French cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil Marinated emperor peas are ready..
A snack to go with wine.
Boiled egg is cold and peeled After, turning the boiled pork over (Mako is thrashing around at my feet.
😂) Two pieces are I N for boiled pork! Do.
You want a snack~? And broccoli in small bunches., In, small pieces for easy eating If.
You cut the stem part so that it splits.
It won't fly apart.
To.
The luche The stems are also full of nutrients.
So we don't throw them away.
We eat them.
Microwave 600w for 5 minutes, Tomatoes are heated.
And the damaged parts are scraped off Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces, along with any leftover tomatoes in the fridge.
Plenty of tomatoes.
Additive-Free soy sauce Kyoto, Chidori, Vinegar, Seijiro's, Sesame, Oil, After, mixing well, Drained sprouted, hijiki, After, mixing well, Pour over tomatoes.
Tomato hijiki, Japanese style.
Salad is ready.
Leftover 2, boiled eggs and mayonnaise Dashi soy sauce sprinkled with proper amount of KAMADA's dashi soy sauce Mash eggs with soy, sauce.
Add, broccoli, steamed in microwave I N into the egg! When.
Well, dressed Egg salad with broccoli is ready.
It's good as a side dish for lunch, or you can put it between breads.
Next - 1 handful of chopped komatsuna in lukewarm water, again, Close the lid and put into microwave oven.
Finished in 3 minutes, After mixing well, Cover and drain, EBARA's petit pot of kimchi flavor~ The, one that's individually wrapped and easy to make one pot for one person.
This is an easy umami seasoning, so I'm going to dress komatsuna with it~! Sesame oil, If, you sprinkle white roasted, sesame seeds, Easy komatsuna with kimuchi, nimul, A, small dish for when you want a little something extra.
Next is okra with forehead, cut off.
Leftover, paprika, And, zucchini for one The size of this steamer is very easy to use Microwave with lid on for 5 or 6, minutes! 156 00:17:56,050 -->, 00:17:59,750 After, mixing lightly, cover with a lid and drain off the water.
Put.
A lot of homemade ponzu (Japanese sauce made of soy sauce and citrus.
Juice) Dried, bonito flakes, For, two, generous packages, Ponzu (Japanese sauce made of soy sauce and citrus.
Juice) Vegetables simmered in ponzu sauce is ready.
It's good as an addition to main dish or a small bowl of rice~! It is delicious and disappears in no time.
Half of burdock is beaten firmly with a meat tenderizer to break the fibers.
This way, the burdock soaks up the flavor and becomes soft and easy to eat.
Put it in the lukewarm.
Just a little bit of vinegar to stop the color, Mix, lightly and microwave for 5~6 minutes, Scrape the rest of burdock with a knife to make whiskers.
Prepare vinegar, water and drop them in it to remove the scum and stop.
The color.
This is the traditional Japanese way of cutting burdock.
Oops! In, no time at all.
The burdocks are boiled! Check.
The hardness, if it's soft, it's, OK., Add, appropriate amount of dashi soy sauce Chidori vinegar, Shinsei's white sesame shoyu, also in moderation I'll, put in all the leftover white roasted, sesame seeds, too.
After, mixing well, Finish, mixing burdock with sesame paste.

It tastes better without smell.
If the water is properly, dumped out Nuchimasu, White, Wine, Vinegar, Olive, Oil, After, mixing well, Match it with orange! With, lots of white pepper Drizzle olive oil at the end Shrimp and orange marinade is done.
